“The Idle Aussie Bloke” (A Poem + Bonus Material)

Three men playing electric guitar, bass, and drums in a backyard

by Anton Martin Smith antonmartinsmithwrites@gmail.com or martinantonsmith@gmail.com

There once was an Aussie bloke
By the name of Didge-o Doo
He drank 4X and Fosters
And had not a lot to do

He though of gettin’ a woman
To assuage his idle hands
But thought far better of it
And created his own rock band.
