Yes they are atrociously banal.

Yes they always follow the crowd.

Yes they afraid to go against the crowd.

Yes the overly respect social hierarchies.

Yes they almost certainly are the ‘flying monkeys’ typology.

Yes they were almost certainly the ‘Killers’ in the Milgram Experiment.

Yes they were likely to be the High School Bullies.

Yes they were likely to tacitly support the High School Bullies.

Yes they have ruined the World of Work –

By culturally turning it into a ‘Glorified High School’.

Yes they are highly likely to be ‘Social Climbers’.

Yes they embrace ‘Rank Appearances’ over ‘Truth’.

Yes they are generally Disloyal if it suits them.

Yes they tell their children “if you do something bad just deny it & don’t get caught”.

Yes they don’t read proper books or books at all.

Yes they are so easily brainwashed that it’s scarcely understandable for a sentient being.

BUT

When I think of something good about them –

I’ll be sure to right it down.

It might be a while.

I’m thinking along the lines of “But they make great ‘cannon fodder’ for the Wars” or alike –

But perhaps that would be a rash and overly hurried assessment.
